What is our return and refund policy? 

We have a NO refund/return/cancellation policy (ALL SALES ARE FINAL). No Exchanges due to COVID 19.

 

Address change:

After placing an order, if you wish to change your address you MUST email me ASAP to avoid a change of address fee. Once your shipping label is printed the fee will apply. Orders are shipped to address provided at checkout.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order before it is shipped out. Once shipped there is nothing that can be done on our end. It is now in the hands of USPS.

 

How long is shipping?

*All orders have a processing time of 2-5 business days. These are the days before your order ships. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping usually takes 4-7 days but you may experience delays due to covid or any delays with USPS directly.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We can only control packages before they are shipped out. If your package is lost or stolen please file a claim with USPS to get your issue resolved. If your package is marked delivered but you have not recieved it please contact USPS. WE are no longer responsible for packages after being shipped!

 

Tracking:

After your shipping label is printed, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. If you do not receive one please kindly contact us and we will send the number manually. All Packages can be tracked through USPS.com.
*It is best to not use an iCloud email at checkout as you won't get notified right away when your tracking number is sent. It may end up in your spam folder!

 

Please put a VALID email AND phone number in case we need to contact you if any problems occur!

If there is an issue with your order such as incorrect shipping or email address, we will contact you through email, if we don't receive a response we will attempt again through phone number. If no response is recieved your order will be cancelled.


 Please include your FULL NAME when contacting us about any order concerns! By placing an order you agree to have read and understand the shop policy!
